This submersible pump adopts full thickened cast iron shell with anti-corrosion black baking paint surface, featuring outstanding compressive and rust-proof performance for long-term submerged operation in sewage mixed with sediment, fiber and small solid particles. The built-in high-efficiency impeller structure realizes smooth passage of soft sundries to avoid pipeline clogging frequently seen in ordinary water pumps. Two circular lifting rings are installed on the top casing for convenient hoisting and maintenance without complex disassembly tools. A long waterproof rubber power cable with exposed multi-core terminals ensures stable power supply and prevents water seepage short circuit under deep water working conditions. The flange outlet interface matches standard industrial pipeline fittings for quick installation and connection.
The R&D team completed underwater continuous operation, anti-clogging and salt spray aging tests to optimize motor waterproof sealing and impeller flow channel design. Multiple power, flow and lift specifications are available for OEM bulk orders for municipal engineering contractors and wastewater treatment equipment suppliers. The fully submersible design eliminates pump house construction costs and saves project space compared with ground-mounted pumps.
