This side-entry mixer integrates a three-blade 304 stainless steel propeller and a sealed anti-corrosion diving cylinder. The streamlined impeller is precision cast to deliver powerful, uniform horizontal water circulation, preventing sludge sedimentation at the tank bottom and fully mixing activated sludge for biochemical degradation. The main flow cylinder adopts full welding sealing technology, paired with double-layer mechanical oil seals to block sewage penetration and protect the rear blue cast-iron gear reduction motor from water damage. The heavy-duty fixed base flange enables stable bolt installation on tank side walls without complicated underwater mounting frames.
The R&D team completed long-duration underwater operation, corrosion resistance and flow rate testing to optimize propeller radian and motor energy efficiency, cutting power consumption by nearly 18% versus traditional mixing equipment. The stainless steel flow components resist acid, alkali and organic sewage corrosion, extending service life in harsh wastewater environments. Custom propeller diameters, motor power ratings and shaft lengths are supported for OEM bulk orders from environmental engineering contractors.
To satisfy growing global demand for low-carbon sewage treatment machinery, Lanling will expand its diving equipment assembly workshop in Q3 2026. The enterprise will keep developing submersible mixers, aerators and sludge pumps for water treatment project suppliers worldwide.
